He joined Bank of Baroda as Probationary Officer in 1992 after completing formal Education. He had the opportunity to work in Rural and Semi urban branches which helped in developing the skills of Agri and Retail Finance. He worked in Urban and Metro Branches where the focus was on MSME and Large Corporate advances. Bank provided intensive credit training to handle large corporate account which has in his posting at Regional Offices. The Knowledge and skills acquired at various branches at administrative Offices helped in his posting at Dubai Main Branch, UAE. Post the overseas posting, he had the opportunity to head NRI business of our bank. During this time, good number of NRI Branches were opened in India and introduced large number of products. After that he was given the assignment to head Financial Inclusion and CSR department of the Bank at Head Office, Baroda. After successful stint at FI & CSR, Bank has posted him to Rural and Agri Banking department, which he has been heading since July 2020.
