Mr. Awanesh Kalik

Mr. Awanesh Kalik is positioned as Assistant General Manager and Incharge for the Lucknow Regional Office managing Projects in the States of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand and other adjoining states. Mr. Kalik holds Master’s Degree in Social Work from Lucknow University. He also holds a Law degree and a degree in Psychology.
Mr Kalik has more than 25 Years of experience in the field of Rural, community mobilisation, fostering people’s participation, capacity building, gender sensitization, PRA techniques, need assessment etc in planning and implementation of community development, agriculture development, Panchayati Raj and social development projects/ programmes.
Besides, having good strength in effective liaisoning, advocacy and networking with GO/ NGOs. Also having capabilities in managing interventions through synergy teams, organizing interactive workshops, training & capacity building initiatives and developing manuals, training modules and learning materials for various stakeholders under different development programmes.
Mr Kalik is also a National Level Expert in the PRI and is Well conversant with roles and responsibilities of different stakeholders in PRI system and decentralized planning in PRI mode.
Mr Kalik has been a part of various committees of Government Department, Ministry of Panchayati Raj GoI, Department of Panchayati Raj Govt. of UP and Department of Information, Govt Of UP
He has published more than 50 Manuals and Articles.
