(Agricultural Engineering) from IIT Kharagpur, India and has done Certificate Course on Remote Sensing & GIS Applications from IIRS, Dehradun, Uttarkhand, India. In addition, trained in Rural Banking in APRACA CENTRAB, Manila, Philippines and Dryland Farming and SHG in India. Also a member in technical Indian societies viz., ISAE, SCSI and ISRS.

A technical professional having demonstrated skills of team leadership, managerial, administrative and HR, communications, presentation, computer applications, fund management, institutional networking & relationship development, client relationship, working experience with NGOs/VOs in development projects, strategic planning and fast decision making. Besides, monitoring and evaluation of participatory development projects in agriculture & allied, rural development and social sectors, also associated as Coordinator/Team Leader/Core Team Member in multi-disciplinary Teams in more than 110 consultancy assignments related to project formulation, benchmark survey and impact assessment including monitoring & evaluation of development projects, technical audit, micro- finance, women empowerment, organic farming, climate resilient integrated farming system projects, financial literacy, gender sensitization, livelihood enhancement, cluster development, community institutions, training and capacity building and implementation supervision of various participatory wastelands and agriculture development, land reclamation, command area development, watershed, livelihoods, PRI/BRGF and rural infrastructure development projects.
