Established way back in the year 1968, AFC is wholly owned by Commercial Banks, NABARD and EXIM Bank.AFC is a Deemed Government Company under Section 139 (5) and 139 (7) of the Companies Act, 2013 and its accounts are audited by Comptroller & Auditor General of India (CAG).
